The Marine Family Support Group is a local organization of family and friends of military personnel. The group is a support mechanism for the family of those serving our country in any branch of the armed services and hold monthly support meetings to discuss any needs or concerns within the support group. They are there in times of need during the loss of a family member, collect donations for gift packages and send them to the service members, and support their military family by attending parades and functions showing their support for those who serve. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Jasper American Legion. For more information, contact Cindy
